Harry Law second season premiered on NBC today with a new time slot and new cast members. The show first season had a time slot on Mondays. Parenthood is in that slot and Harry Law moved to Wednesday. Jenna the secretary, played by Brittany Snow, and Jamal, the paralegal who fell on Harry after trying to commit suicide, played by Aml Ameen, left the show at the end of last season. They are no longer featured members of the cast Air Jordan 2011 but will appear from time to time as guests.

The show starts with Harry, played by Kathy Bates, in her usual surly mood walking to her office and ignoring everyone who says hello. Harry walks Air Jordan Fusion 5 into the office and is greeted by Jenna. The first thing noticed is the entire office is now a shoe store. Harry takes an elevator upstairs and the doors open into a spacious office with lots of people milling around. Adam Branch, played by Nate Corddry, her partner in the firm, greets her. Tommy Jefferson, played by Christopher McDonald, tells her how excited he is they are working together. She quickly squashes that sentiment by reminding him they only share an office space.

Ollie Richard, a former colleague of Harry shows up with a gift and a case. Ollie represents Eric Sanders, a man accused of killing his wife. Ollie says he needs Air Jordan Spizike Harry because he needs her to win the case. Tommy Jefferson is upset he didn get the case but he may have a lead on another case.

Harry meets with Eric Sanders and Ollie to decide if she will take the case. Sanders says he is innocent but he does not like Harry. She takes the case on three conditions: she sits first chair, things are done her way, and she gets final say on strategy. Sanders objects to Harry having final say and exclaims, way, shouldn that go to me? Harry replies, Since you sitting in a jail cell, I assume you Air Jordan Women Size screw things up. Everyone agrees and Harry takes the case.

Harry assembles her team, which includes Ollie, Adam, and new lawyer Cassie Reynolds, played by Karen Olivo. Harry doles out assignments to the lawyers. Since Cassie is a former district attorney, Harry makes her the liaison to the DA office. This is Jordan Winterized 6 Rings when she finds out the lead attorney for the prosecution is the head district attorney Roseanna Remmick, AKA Hosanna Roseanna. Harry laments that Hosanna Roseanna, played by Jean Smart, only takes on cases that are sure winners. Harry and Roseanna meet in court and Harry does not like her.

In a separate plot, Cassie is working a case in which an artist wants a painting he sold returned because the buyers changed the color of the girl coat and hair in the painting. It is later revealed the girl in the painting is his daughter. He sold the painting because his family needed the money and he thought he could paint another one. His wife and daughter were killed in a car accident and he hasn been able to paint since. Cassie later asks the buyer to return the painting because the artist needs it more than he does. The buyer agrees if Cassie will have dinner with him but she declines. The buyer meets with the artist and says he will give the painting back as long as he goes back to painting, and he can pay him later.

Meanwhile Tommy Jefferson gets an appointment with a local law firm handling a big lawsuit against a major corporation. He is interviewing to be one of the lawyers on the case. He shows up but must wait in line. The next day, he waited three hours the previous day and two hours the current day, the receptionist tells him because they are so behind he is not going to get an interview. Tommy lets the receptionist, and the lawyer who comes out, exactly who he is: Tommy Jefferson! He storms out but has to come back for his briefcase.

Eric Sanders has a breakdown in jail and Harry asks the court to grant him bail. She argues he cannot help in his defense if he loses his mind. Roseanna and Harry trade barbs in court and the judge grants bail. Hosanna Roseanna says to her 2nd chair lawyer, woman is a problem. I want her removed. The DA tells one of her assistants to file jury nullification charges against Harry based on past cases. The lawyer is leery but Roseanna tells him to do it or he fired.

At the end of the show Ollie meets with Hosanna Roseanna, and she tells him to remove Harry from the case because she doesn like her. Ollie refuses and Roseanne tells him he will be sorry. The episode ends with Harry getting arrested for jury tampering.

Since Ollie is a featured member of the cast, it appears this case plays out over the course of the season, along with other cases thrown in. What did you think of Harry Law?
